Privacy

Last updated: 2026-10-06. This page covers the luframe.com website and its private access request form.

What we collect. When you request access we store the business type you pick, the Instagram handle or website link you give us, the main problem you select, and your contact (an email address or WhatsApp number). We also keep a keyed hash of your IP address, used only to limit how many requests one connection can send per hour. The raw IP address is never stored.

What we do with it. We use it to review your request and to contact you about access. The link you send is stored as text and is not fetched when you submit the form. We do not sell this information.

How it is protected. Requests are stored in a database that is not reachable from the public data API; only the Luframe server can read or write it.

Your choices. To ask what we hold about you, or to have it removed, message us on the number listed on the Contact page.
